  2. Is there anyway to change the size of the featured post slider and the color of the rising bar and text?

    • Yes. Please open gallery.css inside the css folder and edit:
      .jdGallery .slideInfoZone
      .jdGallery .slideInfoZone p

  3. I love this theme! Is there any way I can set a category to show in the featured slideshow, but not show the posts in the blog itself?

    • Yes. You can create a category to feature and not showing it on standard post by excluding its cat id within the wp_query on index.php. i.e showposts=6&cat=-1

      *1 = the cat id, must put (-) sign in front to exclude the category.
