Hello magpress team,
I have the redtone theme in operation for my website for a week now, but i have one little problem.
When i make a new item (example: http://www.piccaz.com/2009/12/10/l-a-carshow-2009/) i want it to open the new website straight from the frontpage, without entering the post first!!
Is that possible?

Remember to use “url1″ without the quote as your custom field name and enter your desired external url on the custom field value of your post. I`m already using 2 of your themes for my blogs, and now I`m working on another one. I think RedTone is the perfect one for me
My question is whether I can modify the footer / not removing the links! / in order to open the page in new window? In the way it is now it will redirect the user somewhere else where he/she doesn`t want to be and will close the window. In that way we both loose a visit – I because of the redirection, and you or your partner will gain bounce rate for the same reason…
Hai Boris, please redownload the theme. Upload and replace the footer.php and functions.php only. I’ve added a target _blank on the footer links so that they’re open in new window.

I really like this theme, but I changed the footer (I wasn’t attempting to divert credit just change the wording), since then it has hijacked my entire site… how do I go about fixing this, and again I’m not trying to divert credit just change the footer around so that it flowed differently… Thanks for you help and I love your themes…

I am wondering if it is possible to edit the navbar, so that the text and box size is smaller. I have looked through the header file and tried to find the right stylesheet entry, but haven’t had luck.
Hai, Scott. I’m glad you like using my theme. Regarding your question, if you want to edit the page navigation bar, you can do it on the dropmenu.css inside the theme’s css folder.

Hai, Jake. Please download this Redtone 2 Columns and only replace the functions.php and sidebar.php. Please backup any manual modification you made on your current sidebar.php if any. Please try it out and let me know the result.
