There are instructions within the theme options for you to setup each settings.

All in all a great theme though I had a couple of issues, there didn’t seem to be anywhere to put the url for the RSS feed on the subscribe to comments link on pages, I ended up editing the code and added it there but putting it in the theme options part didn’t seem to work it just added it to the stay update widget (which I edited the title to updated!)
Other than that it’s easy to work with and looks good.
sorry I hadn’t realised that I had navigated away from the page I was on, this should have gone on the Weretech page, doh!

the subscribe to comment use wordpress default bloginfo() comment rss. the theme option did not have comment rss setting, only site rss.
Right now it sounds like WordPress is the best
